This week’s recipe is brussel sprout dip. Here are the directions:
Brussel Sprout Dip
Cook two pounds of brussel sprouts with the seasonings that you desire(have some damn common sense and do not put too much salt in your food!).Cook the brussel sprouts to whatever consistency that you like (I like mine to be soft to the point of being able to stick a fork through the brussel sprout).
Drain the brussel sprout juice. Put the brussel sprouts in a blender and blend them. Take them out of the blender and put them in whatever bowl you desire. Add one cup of sour cream. Stir the brussel sprouts and sour cream together until it is well stirred. Voila! You are finished!
Eat up! This makes more than two servings.
