At first, it seemed like the month of April was going to drag along very slowly and nicely. But, nope! That was not the case! Easter was O.K.
I did not get the chance to prepare Easter dinner. That is O.K. Some of my family members and I made Easter eggs, took some selfies, and ate Easter themed Ding Dongs!😃
Also, I made up for Easter the week after. Next, Cinco de Mayo came and went. However, Mother’s Day felt very special. I love Mother’s Day! The weather was absolutely beautiful! The sun was shining, I received roses twice, and I took some pictures of some of the flowers that I received!
However, I have yet to share them with you. I will though! I surprised the females in my family with Baskin Robbins Ice Cream pies! All of the pies were lovely(eventhough Baskin Robbins forgot to write Happy Mother’s Day on two of my pies)!
And, oh what a day! Next, I have been really diggin’ Bollywood stuff! I love it! In fact, I have watched a few Bollywood films! And, I scoped out a movie theater that shows Bollywood movies!
This is just the beginning! Fellow author Virginia Johnson Lee and I are getting ready to take belly dancing lessons! Back in 2009/2010, I took a few belly dancing lessons in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
However, I did not continue the lessons like I should have. Because, I had so many other things that I had to do and was involved in. Now, I have a belly dancing partner!
Wow! Next, I am still writing. A balancing act is required to complete all of my projects though.😎 There are currently ten book projects on the shelf(unfinished and unpublished). Travel is also on the schedule. You will not believe where!
To add, more movie reviews will be written as well! 😊June 15th, 2018, I will be attending The Comedy Get Down, featuring Eddie Griffin, Cedric the Entertainer, D.L. Hughley?, and George Lopez!
Ooooooh! The excitement! What’s up in July?!: The Culture Club, B52’s, and The Thompson Twins!😍I am going to that concert, too! Wow! There are sooooo much more people that I need to see like:
Tears for Fears, Hall & Oates, Spandau Ballet, BBD, SWV, Sade, Double`, Kajagoo-goo, A Flock of Seagulls, Yes, America, Cristopher Cross, Michael Franks, Eryka Badu, Mary J. Blige, Dru Hill, Jodeci, Cristopher Williams, Stevie Wonder, John B., Patti Austin, Herb Albert, Debarge, El Debarge, Chico Debarge, Jane Child, Bananarama, Patra, Sean Paul, Shabba Ranks, Bunny Debarge, Roy Ayers, Lil’ John, Yin Yang Twins, and more!
Well, ta-ta for now!
