The Achievements of Virginia Elaine Lee

This piece was originally published over two years ago. Someone on LinkedIn invited me to be a contributing writer on their site. They told me that I could write anything that I wanted.
I was upfront with them that I do not write political content and they said that it was O.K. Once my reader count reached over 100,000 views, they removed my article, telling me that, »They didn’t think that anyone would care or notice. »
I then told them that if they were going to have that kind of attitude, then why invite me to write for them in the first place?😣😔😒After that, I immediately dropped them as connection and moved on. I just cannot believe that some people treat others like that.
Unbelievable!😣😔😒I helped Author Virginia Lee write this piece in preparation of a mini magazine that was to be printed out for her family reunion over 3 years ago. Due to many of the family members not having any money(one was also homeless or is in Los Angeles,CA),only a handful made it.
This family reunion in particular was the first one ever for my mother’s immediate family. Although everyone had one year to prepare, some of us could not crawl out of the financial hell hole that we have been in to attend. The family reunion was
supposed to involve the family and children of the Green sisters.
Virginia’s mom’s second oldest sister was supposed to organize it. Due to her and her kids’s views(grandmother’s sisters kids, etc.)and other folks who didn’t want to contribute funds, and other shit(what I was told), the family reunion on that side of the family never happened.
The worst part of it was the fact that this same sister died. A year later, the other sister died. Now there is only my grandmother left. Too bad now. As a result of that and other factors, there ended up being a family reunion with just Virginia’s parents, siblings, and whoever else that was related.
And, their children and shit. O.K. now. That was that. As a result, I decided to include this piece in my blog.
Her achievements mean something to me(at least).🐤So, here it is, guys:
er dad relayed a message to her baby sister to let Virginia know that he needed information typed about herself and her children. Because of her low self-esteem, she could not think of anything positive about her background to put in the program.
As a result, I offered my help. I even read the typed information to Virginia. In fact, I spent an entire day on this project for her. After I turned the paper in to her to give to her father, she did something I did not expect in a million years.
She acted stupid, told me that she will do what she wants, and submit whatever she wanted to submit to her father, and that was it.This was just the beginning. It got worse. Months after the family reunion, her youngest sister showed me the program from the family reunion. I looked at Author Virginia’s « about page ». Surprisingly, she also refused to submit the information that I typed for her.

She hardly had a fucking paragraph about herself, told some lies about what her son was about to do, lied and said that her eldest child was still a nurse(haven’t been a nurse in 11 years), and other shit. I was fucking furious! Due to many of the family members not having any money(one was also homeless or is in Los Angeles,CA),only a handful made it.

This is what she should have put in the family reunion program in the « about » section about herself her achievements mean something to me(at least).🐤So, here it is, guys:

The Achievements of Virginia Elaine Lee

Virginia Elaine Johnson Lee, is the eldest child of Reverend Joseph Andrew Johnson, jr. and Virgie Lee Green Johnson (divorced). Virginia was born in 1954 in Vallejo, California. Hard work, motivation,  community service, and success have always been key factors associated with what she has accomplished in life.

In her early years she made the honor roll at Fort Hamilton High School in Brooklyn, New York. Not long after that she pledged and made Kappa Kitten. Later on she became soror in the Zeta Phi Beta sorority while attending Wiley College in Marshall, Texas.

Educationwise, she successfully graduated from three different colleges. These colleges were located in Hollywood, California and Tahlequah, Oklahoma. The areas of study and completion ranged from business and office to marketing. All were completed at the  Hollywood College of Business, Bill Willis Skills Center, and Northeastern State University.

Eventually, Virginia earned her bachelor’s degree while attending Northeastern State University (Tahlequah, Oklahoma). At the same time, Virginia  chose to pursue her education while maintaining a position as manager in more than one field of professions.

This includes a range of occupations  such as: baker and consultant in the beauty and cosmetics industry. At the same time, she managed to raise five children. Further, in the communities of Tahlequah, Muskogee, and Wagoner, Oklahoma, she helped people with special needs to find jobs by providing one on one services.

Such services targeted keys areas such as: training, socialization, and disability accommodations. Furthermore, Virginia has also worked closely with these individuals’s employers to monitor client progress and to address any concerns. Still, this responsibility also called for a well-rounded person such as herself,  to be proficient in multi-tasking, communicating, and training people with varied disabilities.

As a behavioral health technician, Ms. Lee worked with both children and adults with varying degrees of mental impairment and/or developmental disabilities.  To add, Virginia also performed a vital front line function in all healthcare settings as she observed and interacted with patients and more. Yet, her role in the community did not stop there. In 1997 she had a role in an independent film, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Additionally, Virginia has even more credentials under her belt. This includes having years experience as a security officer. At this present time as a well disciplined and focused individual, Virginia has continued on to become a self-published author of a children’s book, poet, writer of articles online for the website sirgo.com, blogger, and is currently working on her second children’s book(which will be released, soon).
